We have commenced works on our latest project – the Old Royal Eye Infirmary in Plymouth City Centre. The work has preliminarily begun with intumescent spray to structural steels throughout the new build apartment building.

In 2015, Exeter-based developer Eagle One were granted permission to acquire the former Royal Eye Infirmary in Plymouth with the aims to develop the grade II listed building into 15 luxurious retirement apartments, with a modern extension alongside the property to provide 55 student flats. Morgan Sindall have been contracted to facilitate the re-development.
